• “Fine” shows up when something heavier is underneath.
• Conflict moments often bring shutdown or overthinking.
• Naming one clear feeling changes the whole week.
If emotions are hard to name
Many people struggle with emotion words, especially people who grew up with emotions that were under-responded to, or people with ADHD or autism traits.
One gentle reframe
This isn’t a character flaw. It’s a skill gap, and skills can be learned with the right support.

Note from the founder
The key to confidence is through your emotions.
Once I started paying more attention to my emotions, my life changed significantly.
I’m a highly sensitive person. For a long time, I only knew a handful of emotions.
Paying attention to my emotions was tricky. That’s why I built Feelpath.
It helped me find my emotional blind spots with the emotion wheel, my vocabulary diversity, and the balance of positive vs. negative language.
I can get a session review, and I can interactively add emotions to my session with Session Annotation.
This might sound like a lot of attention to emotions, but it transformed my confidence, my self-awareness, my playfulness, my ability to trust myself, navigate conflict, advocate my needs, and feel more agentic and empowered in my life. It also helped with my ADHD symptoms of focus and productivity.
It helped me visualize my progress in: emotional validation · emotional attention · emotional support · emotional care.
