- •For Guests: We collect limited data to provide customer service and obtain analytics information. We do not collect health information from You.

- means a unique account created for Providers to access Our Services or parts of Our Services. This may also be referred to as Your Clinic.
- Device
- means any device that can access the Services such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.

- Patient
- refers to an individual who is using the "Patient" component of the Services by using a unique URL sent by the Provider to enter the Waiting Room (prior to the Session).

- means a doctor, medical group, or other healthcare professional who has signed up as a "Provider" on the Feelpath Services.
- Session
- is a secure audio and/or video communication between the Patient and the Provider—the key feature of the Feelpath Services.
- Usage Data
- is collected automatically and generated by the use of the Services or from the Services infrastructure itself, including information about Your Device and browsing activity.
