Feelpath is a telehealth video call platform designed to assist therapy sessions with note-taking and emotional insights. We provide real-time and post-session analyses: session summaries, progress visualizations, and secure AI-powered emotional understanding, designed for both therapists and clients.

To get started using Feelpath, simply schedule a free 30-minute onboarding call with our product team. On the call you'll be able to explore Feelpath's features and determine fit before getting started.

Get Set Up

Feelpath is a video chat for your telehealth therapy sessions. You'll get or create a video link, and then be able to join secure video calls through your web browser. During sessions you'll have access to live transcription, smart emotion wheels, and real-time insights. After each session, you'll be able to see summaries and can visualize patterns over time.

Feelpath can observe emotional vocabulary usage patterns, session summaries, self-talk, and markers of progress. These observations help clients and therapists understand emotional states and triggers, and provide new ways to visualize your progress over time.

Feelpath extends discovery beyond the typical 50-minute therapy session, allowing you to unpack insights throughout the week. We enhance therapy by providing real-time and post-session insights into emotional vocabulary patterns, offering summaries for reflection, and visualizing long-term progress. These features help you gain deeper self-awareness and have more data-driven sessions.

Our Smart Emotion Wheel is a visual tool that highlights emotional words from your session transcripts, helping you (and your therapist, if you give them permission,) observe and understand changes in your emotional vocabulary over time.

Currently, Feelpath only supports the English language, but we're exploring other languages to ensure that more people can benefit from our services in the future.

Feelpath is designed to support both therapists and their individual clients. Individuals are supported in their learning and self-awareness journey, while therapists are supported in their practice and ability to provide better care.

Privacy & Security

Absolutely. We take both privacy and security incredibly seriously. Your data is protected with industry-standard AES-256 encryption (in transit and at rest) and stored on fully HIPAA-compliant databases. Most importantly, you retain full data control AND ownership of your data—only you and those you grant access to can access your session information. All our technology uses HIPAA-grade security (AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit), with audited access logs and BAAs with all vendors, and you can download or delete your data anytime.

Yes. All you need is a stable internet connection and a web browser.

If you decide to cancel your Feelpath subscription, your data will be protected and you can still log in and download it at any time as well as use our video call platform for free. If you choose to delete your account, we will delete all your data from our systems. At Feelpath, we make sure you have full control over your data at all times.

Yes, by design, as long as the therapist of your session has signed our Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) available to them in their dashboard. Feelpath is fully HIPAA-compliant, meeting all security and privacy standards.

For Individuals

Feelpath is designed to be non-intrusive and does not interrupt your normal therapy sessions. There are additional benefits during a session, such as our Smart Emotion Wheels and real-time session insights. We've designed our features to be additive, not distracting or disruptive to your session.

Everything on Feelpath is private to you. Even your therapist can't see your data unless you consent to grant them access. We follow industry best practices for privacy and security, including AES-256 encryption in transit and at rest. Your data is stored in our HIPAA-compliant database. Access is strictly controlled through role-based permissions.

Feelpath is designed to provide a visualization of certain changes over time. Different features offer different visualizations. With Smart Emotion Wheels, you'll be able to see if and when your emotional vocabulary grows.

Yes, you can access and review your session summaries at any time. This helps you reflect on your emotional growth and stay connected to your mental health goals.

Yes, Feelpath works seamlessly across mobile, tablet, and desktop devices, so you can access your therapy sessions from wherever you are.

For Therapists

Feelpath is a telehealth video call platform to replace what you're using for your telehealth calls (Zoom, FaceTime, etc.). Feelpath is designed to assist therapy sessions by providing real-time (and post-session) emotional insights, session summaries, and progress visualizations powered by a secure AI, designed for both therapists and clients.

After a therapy session, and upon your request, Feelpath can provide a summary of observations based on the session transcript. You can review and edit session notes in the platform.

Feelpath identifies emotion word usage over time, unique emotion words, unnamed emotion words, positive and negative self-talk, and much more.

Some of our insights like emotion analytics rely on more deterministic algorithms that have very high accuracy. Some insights, such as self-talk, rely on more probabilistic algorithms (like LLMs) that have variation and can occasionally make mistakes. We do our best to provide the most accurate insights possible.

Yes, you can download your personal session transcript as a text file anytime you'd like.

Yes, Feelpath can support your group therapy sessions just as well as one-on-one sessions.

Our HIPAA video chat and emotion wheels are free to use for your therapy sessions, while emotion analytics and session insights are available under paid plans starting at $29/month.

Feelpath is free to use on an ongoing basis. For individuals, our AI-powered insights subscriptions begin at $29 per month for session insights, emotional analytics, and progress visualization. Therapists also have access to a similar plan starting at $49 per month with added features like session summaries and emotion analytics.

Feelpath is available globally, but for now only in the English language.

If you are unhappy with Feelpath for any reason, please contact us and we will do our best to support you. We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis.
