Release of Information (ROI) & disclosures
This page explains what the consent choices you see before a session mean.

What the checkboxes mean
Before a session, you may see options like “Save my transcript for insights” and “Share my transcript with my therapist.”
These choices control what Feelpath saves and who can access it inside the platform.
Save my transcript for insights
If you turn this on, Feelpath can save your transcript so it can be used to generate and display post-session insights inside your account.
If you turn this off, Feelpath should not save your transcript for insights.
Share my transcript with my therapist
If you turn this on, your therapist can view the transcript in Feelpath (as part of their work with you).
If you turn this off, your therapist should not have access to your transcript through Feelpath.
Changing your mind
Consent is meant to be reversible. If you change your mind later, you should be able to update sharing and delete your data from within Feelpath (where those controls are available).
If you’re not sure what’s currently shared, check your transcript management controls or ask your therapist.
Disclosures
Feelpath is designed to keep your information private and to limit access to the people you authorize.
If we receive a legally valid request that requires disclosure, we follow our legal process and disclose only what is required by law. When appropriate and permitted, we notify the relevant covered entity or account owner.
